125th Anniversary of Banjo Paterson’s Bathurst presentation.  Australia’s most famous poet, Banjo Paterson, presented lectures in the Bathurst School of Arts on the Boer War on the 26 and 27 April 1901. Well-known poet Gregory North is re-enacting Banjo’s tour and will present his show, “The Life & Rhymes of Banjo Paterson”.  Greg is from the Blue Mountains and spends four months each year in Winton Queensland where Banjo wrote “Waltzing Matilda”.

At the conclusion of the presentation light refreshments will be served.
